Use these 10 things when you have or are feeling the blues.
Socialize And Think Positively!
Do Something Just For Yourself!
Give Something To Another Person
Rent Or Go See A Happy/Funny Movie
Volunteer Your Time
Get Out Of the Past And Into The Present!
Walk Or Mall Walk To Cheer Up
Call Someone You Like Who Is A Positive Person And Chat
Meditate Or Listen To Relaxation Or Ministry Tapes
Be Creative!

Amazing how a little stink'n think'n (thanks Zig) can ruin your day. If you've made a choice to be unhappy. If you've made the choice to have a bad attitude...
Then you can make another choice to do something about it.
